A google search for free brass quintet music will pay off.
Sibelius scorch has tons of music here:

Eddie Lewis has some very cool and free (suggested donations) brass quintet music. Gumbo Magic is my personal favorite:

Hi Lars,
If you are looking for Quintet music, try my site:
http://www.bvdpress.com/
I currently list over 300 Brass Quintet tltes.
Email me off the list and tell my a bit more about your group (experience, etc.) and I should be able to come up with a list of suggestions.
Some other sites (there are many more and in no particular order):

http://www.sldbrass.com/
http://www.windmusicplus.com/
http://www.hickeys.com/
Take care,

Check this one too. "That's a Plenty" is one of our favorites.

Do you like jazz? Zach Smith and Charlie Petersen (of the Beltway Brass) have some very nice arrangements for cheap online purchase):

If you want something in the classical vein, try this online publisher--the arrangements by Mogens Andresen (of the Royal Danish Opera) are quite good--and this is one of the few places that you can purchase the Thorvald Hansen quintet. They're not cheap, but they're pretty good:
