Unboxing the MACK Brass TU420s CC Tuba

Hi tuba friends,
I just got the MACK Brass TU420 CC tuba. It’s the five-valve, larger bell copy of the Yamaha YCB-621. So far, I like it. I filmed the unboxing and threw it up on YouTube.

Awesome sound. Didn’t sound stuffy at all. How was it in the upper register?
Would it be ideal for solos and brass ensemble?
