Who is the arranger? Harnsberger?

Edit: SSE Music says they still have a copy of this arrangement in stock. I don't know if you guys want to pay the $32.50 they are asking for the whole set, but this is the only thing I can find outside of someone being able to get one to a scanner.

And the publisher is Alfred Publishing.
Catalog number is 19543.

That's what I thought. I just edited my post above to include a link to SEE Music who claim to still have a copy of this arrangement in stock. Hopefully they can help you out. If not, they at least say that they have a copy of the arrangement available for purchase.
