Look for Boarshurst Silver Band on Facebook. They do live streams on Sundays.

http://www.brassbanned.com is free and run by an Australian tuba player known as Handsome Tim. Their broadcasts are live, as they don't deal with the licensing issues of archiving performances. The stream can be rewound for a few hours, but when it's gone, it's gone. The schedule is somewhat irregular; check upcoming events. The sound quality is very, very good for live streaming. The host is talkative, funny, and at times a bit relentless. There are advertisements from their sponsors. They show the "marching" components of their contests. Several are coming up in August and September. Events in eastern Australia and New Zealand can be up to 14 hours ahead of US east coast time, so day events there are overnight here.
Brass Pass TV (
https://brasspass.inplayer.com/index.html) is a pay service from somewhere in Great Britain. They charge £12.99 ($16)/month. Their events are archived and are available a long time afterward. They simulcast NABBA this year, for example, and it's still available. The great majority of available events are British, with a few Dutch and further European ones. My one issue with them is that the sound level is quite low, and I have to ride everything wide open. Their sound quality is quite good, but IMHO not quite as good as brassbanned.com.
There are other brass band streamers out there that take a little effort to find.
