Elkjer and Uber and Reynolds have done a fair bit of trombone Christmas stuff that is pretty high quality and totally playable on euph/tuba. Bass bone parts are pretty low especially in the elkjer.

If the euphs read treble clef the Salvation Army "caroler's favorites" books are very well done and published with flexible instrumentation in mind.

Gary Buttery has lots of what you are looking for. Every year he puts out new charts for the Old Saybrook TubaXmas, arranged by local tuba players and music teachers. We have done most of the Nutcracker Suite, for example arranged by Don Shirer. Don posts on TubeNet occasionally. I have his email address.
