Looking to try a 1291 CC and 2155 in the Chicago area

Post by adsteve »

As the title says, I am looking to find a couple horns in the Chicago area to try. I’m currently in the market to make a slight size upgrade in my current setup, but between my day job and teaching schedule, I don’t usually have the luxury of a full weekend dedicate to traveling.

If anyone in the Chicago area has a Miraphone 1291 CC, Meinl Weston 2155, a Wisemann 900 or a horn similar to these, would you be willing to let me try it for half hour to an hour? I am willing to travel to you and completely do this on your terms.

Feel free to pm me or email atstevens84 at gmail dot com

Thanks for your consideration!

I am not aware of the 600 by Wisemann. Do you mean the 900 (the PT6P clone)?
