I’d like to answer but I think you are from the Government and trying to confiscate them.

No one needs a tuba that is that big!!

One of these days I will finish saving up for my "Secret Siegfried" that I keep in the front hallway to bludgeon people into submission with its sheer glory.

Though, both the Siegfried and the the 497 Hagen are only just about 40 inches tall, so I guess they don't count?

With a minimum height of 45 Inches the Fafner and the one Rudy 5/4 I have seen are ruled out too.

I don't think the Miraphone 190s were that tall either. Just shy, at like 43.5 inches. The "big boys" produced these days seem to have bells that don't protrude nearly as far from the top. I think the MW 197 is 44.9 inches.

I have my old B&F kaiser.
Fits all those specs if I remember well:
400mm bell (thanks for the correction), 21.5mm bore (21.2 originally, but gets a new valve set) and >1150mm tall

Currently being restored by Jake @ The Berliner Tuba, you can follow the restoration on his blog:

Maybe "clockwork springs" are needed for a TRUE Kaiser tuba. It's just not the same without them.
