I had such a good time at Baltimore Brass today :)

I saw Pete after a bit of damage to my horn and they squeezed me in and let my son and I try out as many instruments as we could. They repaired my instrument (excellent job even though the damage was superficial) and were happy to just let us do our thing. I was most happy they were BUSY! What a great company. Thank you for accommodating me!

Being very new to the world of low brass, I have recently been a very pleased long distance customer.

The Baltimore Brass staff with whom I dealt were exceptionally patient in assuring that I would be satisfied with my purchase, and “satisfied” is an understatement.

Thank you, Baltimore Brass!

I spent this summer just a ten minute drive from Baltimore Brass, and it was wonderful! I didn't have my instrument, or even my mouthpiece, but they were always willing to let me come in and play a horn.

Spectacular employees as well, very knowledgeable and willing to have some great conversations.

I have been there a few times, and every time was a joy. I definitely go there more often, if Dillon Music wasn't 40 minutes from my house, and I was a tuba player, and not a trombone player.
