The TubaFix Project

Hi all! I'm Nathan, a tuba player, and I have a new project on YouTube: TubaFix
TubaFix covers my DIY project to engineer a fix to my 1960-70s Couesnon 3/4 BBb tuba which has numerous issues, including a split lead pipe, bad finish, numerous dents, and a missing third valve. I am not an instrument repair technician and have never done anything like this before, but I'm curious and foolhardy enough to give it a shot!
(and to create videos along the way just because...why not.)
This tuba was originally going to be made into a flower pot by its previous owner so I got it for $25 and a "good luck", so anything beyond flower pot I count as a win.
If this is something that turns your lyre screw, then come along!
