Classical Music as a whole

((Hi everyone! First time posting, but starting off with a bit of a weird one))

I apologize if this is a weird question, but I am doing a bit of a research paper for class, and I figured I would just ask the professionals.

Why is it that you believe that music will never die? Specifically, classical musics ability to manipulate new generations?

I don't know what to think, just kind of having some fun, and wanted to ask around!

Thanks for any responses.

Why does this board not have a "like" button, again?

And that fourth valve looks like a bit of an afterthought.

Here is what I am playing bass for on Saturday:

"Time to ditch the tuxes and break out the amps! For one night and one night only, the Springfield Regional Opera is hosting the rock-and-awe fundraiser of the year with a glam-gala concert of your favorite Rock hits performed by the cast of Pagliacci and the epic stylings of M-Dock Band. The party starts March 7th at the Gillioz Theatre! Opera rocks, so help your local opera company rock on by rocking out!"

Yes. Pretty weird. Not the weirdest, but up there.

Looking forward to some weird answers.

No matter what the style, if you still love it 20 years after you first heard il then it's a classic.
