Here at the Stuttgart Opera House, all performances are off until 04/19. As of now, that is.
Therefore, they make some performances available on-line until then.

Right now, "Le Nozze di Figaro" is on, so no tuba content. From friday on, "The love for three oranges" will be on in a very quirky staging, so, some more tuba content.

I've had a few challenging low parts in recent concerts myself.

had a few C1 and B0 (not Bb0), and the ending had an optional 8va basso which we did. Some time
ago, I got to play a piece called "Kyrill" with an F1 that grew louder and louder, so I
was had to pull the main tuning slide all the way out while I was holding down the 4th valve with
my left hand. That ended in some D1 which sucked the life out of me
What I'm really getting at, however, is Lohengrin.
There's no excuse for not watching this because Thomas Brunmayr can be heard on tuba:
