tuba quartet music

Post by wooliteeuph »

i just a hold of of the "Village Dances" cd by Alchemy and I was just wondering where I could get a hold of some of the music from this cd, such as the "While Soft Winds Shake the Barley" arr. by Buttery and the "Wolkenschatten fur Tubaquartett op. 136" by Koetsier.

Wolkenschatten

Post by Mike Forbes »

Good move getting Wolkenschatten...great piece! Sotto Voce has recorded it too and it will soon be released on my solo album of all of Koetsier's solo tuba pieces (7 in total).

Also, Wolkenschatten will be in the ITEC-2006 Tuba Quartet competition...as head judge I selected that piece for the taped-round prelims. That bit of info. will be announced soon in the ITEA Journal.

Enjoy it! If you're looking for other quartet materials go the "sheet Music link" on this web page:
