Haven´t had opportunity to watch that clip yet, but probably will later this day.
Congrats on the work You invest into Your health.
At 6´4" and 290 lb, i´m in the process of doing the same, though maybe with less rigor than You´ve shown. And I´m not so much working to loose weight (BMI is a stupid concept, IMHO), but rather getting fitter and reducing fat percentage.
What I´ve been doing over the past 12 weeks:
- less raffinated Sugars over the day, A LOT more water.
- Good homemade food, few processed ingredients.
- 1-2 hour workout including dumbbells about 2 to 3 times a week.
- 3 to 7 hour hiking tours (roundtrips totaling up to 5000 ft in altitude) about once a week. Extensive walks daily.
Now that covid19-induced measures have been taken back (home office, reduced working Hours down to 3 days a week => now back to normal), the hiking part is cancelled, walks and good Nutrition are compromised.
Will have to figure out a way to get back on track on those…
Socks and shoes are easier to put on already, but I still have a long way to go.
Breathing has improved.
Funny side effect: shoulder strap secures the Tuba better on a more defined shoulder with developed deltoids. I seriously find myself readjusting that strap less frequently than a couple of weeks ago

.
Big traps are counterproductive in that repect, though...
