So I have the Baltimore Brass tuba stand but the foam piece comes up all of the time. What kind of glue should I use to glue it down more securely?

3M Type 77 foam adhesive will work, but the residual old glue might limit its effectiveness. It certainly won't be worse, however.

I had the same issue with the same stand 3-4 years ago. I used Gorilla Glue and had zero issues since.
