Wow  this must be the best review on mouthpieces:
https://windysounds.com/best-tuba-mouthpiece/" target="_blank" target="_blank

It's hilarious

Ever heard features like "Made from hand painted silver-plated copper"?
Or PROS like "Band director recommended"?
Or CONS like "Mixed opinions on the shape"?

Read it...it will crack you up. Have fun

I also found this little tidbit "expert opinion" to be interesting, under #4 ("Standard Tuba Mouthpiece"):
The Selmer S-80 C* is the best tenor sax mouthpiece for beginners.

It’s considered to be appropriate for beginner to intermediate tuba players but some experts choose to keep this mouthpiece on hand as a spare or for traveling.

Clearly this is amazon spam....spam can be funny.
Yes. According to the link, its "universal size" fits tuba or sousaphone.
