I’d take my chances...

That is a pretty good deal. That is an "average" price for that model but this one has had a go over by Lee and comes with two bells. The carbon bell is curious. Does anyone know if that is a factory made thing? It should be very light. The recording bell make for a horn which is a little ungainly but I would like one for when our concert band has its outdoor season. (Sometime...)

Oh, man, I don’t need that horn, but I’d love to have that bell! If anyone buys it and decides they’d rather have a metal bell, I’d do a my-metal-bell-plus-some-money swap!

The carbon bell came from a Getzen CB50. When Lee bought the crate of Getzen CB50 parts form Getzen the crate also came with some carbon fiber bells in rough shape. Last time I talked with Lee about the bells he said where they attach at bottom bow were in pretty bad shape. It’s really cool to see Lee repurpose the bell. I almost bought a carbon fiber bell from Lee just to hang in my house.
