need part (screw) for Rudy valves

Dear friends,

I am in need of a <b>flat</b> screw to fix one of the rotary valves on my 5/4 Rudy CC tuba. This is the screw that connects the lever to the rotar itself (please excuse my lack of technical knowledge). I just had the horn repaired, and the shop put a screw on that doesn't fit right.
