How interesting. I'm looking into buying a gig bag for my Miraphone 1291, and I was just asking people around the studio today if they had heard anything about those Ritter bags I had seen online. I thought they looked kinda cool, and would be nice to have a design no one else at the studio had. No one had even heard of them though. Not even my professor. So, needless to say, I'm pretty lmuch ruling out the Ritters from my search. Sure, they look good and they're cheap, b ut they are probably going to fall apart. We'll prolly both be better off spending another $100 and saving us the expenses of fixing the horn when the strap breaks off and it falls to the group. At least, that's what everyone's been telling me.

the only thing I will say is that I own a bag with similar clips on the backpack straps and they will let go of the bag if you dont watch it!. I only used the hand straps after that near miss

The two tuba bag sizes offered seem to be the same sizes as ProTec bags (18 and 22inch bells). They are also the same shape.
I don't see length specs so there's no way to know if it will fit your tuba.

I have never seen the Ritter bags and I don't know anyone who used one. I would spend the extra $$ on the more well known bags just to be safe.

I had a Pro-tec like that and got some 2" stainless split rings (think giant key rings) cut the original hardware off and substituted the rings. A very sturdy replacement.

I Haven't seen the tuba bag, but the trumpet bags are great. Almost all of the trumpet studio here use them. Good padding, heavy duty zipper. Again, haven't seen a tuba bag in person.
They are a good price, so may be worth the risk if you are contemplating it over a Protec or other inexpensive bag. On the other hand, I would hate to be the first one on the block to find out that they suck.
