Age range for King E-flat Helicon

Hi folks,
I know there is a certain date range concerning the bell engraving on H.N. White King instruments. I got a Eb Helicon last year from a guy in Maine. He had no idea how old it was as it "sat in his ship for years!" The serial number is 12715, sliver plated, and the engraving reads "King made by H.N. White Cleveland Ohio." Not the H.N. White Company. I have read on different posts here on Tubenet that there is a date range as per the inclusion of "Company" or "Co." on the engraving. The closest I can get is 1909-1918, which is quite a swath. Any ideas? Image included and thanks for the knowledge!
