In a pinch, just go to your hymnal and play the 4 parts listed. Trombone and tuba take the tenor bass lines and the two trumpets the soprano and alto lines. Yes, those two need transposing, but that's not that hard. The horn, doubles the alto line or the trombone line depending on range and importance to the piece.
