Is music dead in the Puget Sound?

Hey Everyone,
I moved to Washington State in July and the scene seems pretty dead. I was curious if anyone knew of even someone looking for a small ensemble quintet...duets... SOMETHING. Any other insight might also be helpful as I am not part of the scene here. I am in the Puyallup area.
