Good morning friends,
I've made available this free resource on the Boulder Brass web page. At the moment, this research is NOT comprehensive because the focus of this volume is only those recordings which include at least one original work for brass quintet.
https://www.boulderbrass.org/brass-quintet-discography
There are currently 240 groups represented and 470 recordings. It's a slow load (depending on your bandwidth) - sorry about that; I'm looking into converting this project into a wiki.
If you hover over the menu item at the top (Brass Quintet Discography), you'll find some other pages of interest including the start of a second volume which focuses on brass quintet recordings of renaissance and baroque.
A work in progress - enjoy!

Re: Brass Quintet Discography
Sir:
You need to go back to the drawing board. While I applaud your effort, it is woefully inadequate. Thus, for example, you list just three recording by the Empire Brass. In my library I have 22 CDs by the ensemble.
It takes a great deal of effort to put a comprehensive list together. Just do it right.

Re: Brass Quintet Discography
Please go back and read my post where I state: "this research is NOT comprehensive because the focus of this volume is only those recordings which include at least one original work for brass quintet."
The Empire Brass and Canadian Brass catalogs, for example, comprise dozens of excellent recordings of brass quintet arrangements and transcriptions (including some of my own) - again this was NOT the focus of this discography. This was an effort highlight the work of professional groups that are recording original literature for quintet and shine a light on some literature that is perhaps not as well known.
The second volume (the foundation of which is also on the webpage) focuses on recordings of primarily renaissance and baroque music. I'm already working on another volume of Christmas CDs and, likely the largest volume, recordings of only arrangements and transcriptions.
