I have the opportunity to pick up a well-loved VMI euphonium at a fair price. I own a B&S/VMI 4v BBb tuba but I do not have any knowledge of the brand's line of euphoniums.
Are they a quality build and would the horn be suitable for a tuba doubler?
Thanks

Re: VMI euphonium
I had students purchase VMI 4-valve non-compensating euphoniums in the past. They are well built. I don’t think a tubaist who doubles or dabbles in euphonium would be disappointed in a VMI non-comp euph.
