Any Frank Zappa for tuba published out there? If there's stuff I can download and transcribe, that's good too. Thanks in advance.

There's a jazz ensemble version and piano versions at SheetMusicPlus, and other arrangements of Peaches here and there on the web.

The transcription book for Hot Rats is note for note correct. Unfortunately it is in treble or for the instruments on the recording. Also, the are several songs from Zoot Allures in the “Frank Zappa guitar book” with correct transcription; again in treble staff. I’ve often thought the wah guitar should work well on trombone with a cleartone or plunger mute. I’m working on some songs from the above sources and will send what I have, but it is in the very early stages.
