I try to keep up on the four tubas (CC, Eb, F, BBb) - how many instruments do you regularly keep ‘in service’?
Having multiple instruments to use is convenient but there are drawbacks too, chiefly, keeping track of the various playing tendencies of ‘hall versus home’ instruments. I keep three tubas at a concert venue, and have a couple for home practice.
The amount of time I perform on each is as follows:
Mirafone 188 CC (40%), Besson EEb Sovereign (40%), Yamaha 621 ‘F’ (15%), Besson BBb Sovereign (5%).

Re: Instruments played on weekly basis
On a normal week, 3. My personal CC, and my issued CC and F. Used to include a few trombones in the rotation as well (Tenor and Bass), but they have been on the back burner for the past few years.
