WTB 5 or 6/4 Bb Tuba

Post by BKTuba17 »

Hi all!

I've recently found myself playing with a British Style Brass band and loving it, but for tuning sake I need a Bb horn.

Searching for:

4 or 5 Valve
Piston in front
5/4 or 6/4.

I currently play on a PT-6 for all my other playing and would love a horn that blows similarly! Let me know what you all have!

Any interest in a Fafner? It’s rotor but has a crazy good sound.

Let me know what you think!

I also have a 6/4 rotary BBb if you're interested.

I just finished a 1974 190 Mirafone 6/4 5 valve.

I just listed my Wessex 6/4 5-valve Grand here on the For Sale site. I've been playing it in brass band for the last few years.
