Update, I have the opportunity to buy the horn I am borrowing but unsure what the value is on one of these. Some details would be appreciated to share with my friend who is considering selling the tuba to me. It is a 10xxx serial Mirafone 185 in BBb with four S linkage valves. I played it in rehearsal and when asking my friend loaning me the tuba (who plays Eb in the brass band) what he planned to do with the tuba he is considering selling due to it being too large for him (he is almost 90 and can’t handle bigger tubas anymore).
