I'm looking for a gig bag for my Eastman 853. My price range is around $350. Can't afford a Cronkhite bag.
- I've read that the Mirophone EEb/F bag will fit a Besson 983, which the Eastman 853 is loosely based on.
- There's a Gard bag for a smaller tuba but sites say it's for bells up to 16". My 853 has a 17" bell. Any experience with these?
- My horn is also very comparable to the Yamaha 822 F. I had one years ago and used an older-style Gard gig bag that was side-loading. I'd love to find one of those.
Thanks for any insight anyone can give!
