WTB: shank adapter: American to small European

Hi,
Where could I buy a mouthpiece/shank adapter to allow me to play mpcs with a standard American shank (.520) in a receiver taking old small European shanks (.490)? I have one marked A2S (I bought it 20 years ago) but I would like to buy another that works. Thanks for any info. Bill
