I have a Mack Brass TU421S 3/4 CC Tuba. Ref: https://mackbrass.com/tu421s-cc-tuba

The horn came with a valve cap stuck. It got damaged in the process of removal. I would like a replacement. I have not been able to get the part from Mack Brass despite their claims of "Unbeatable Customer Service".

At this point, I am very frustrated and just want to move on. I wonder who might know what I should buy and and from whom.

Have you called and chatted with either Tom or Jody? I have found them to be really slow to email but phone is easiest.

Yup. I did eventually get a call back. Their voicemail has always been full, and they do not often answer. So communication is never easy. It is an inexpensive part and things should be easier.
