Doug Elliott "M" Shank for Use with "R" Cup (old style)

I am looking for old-style Doug Elliott "M" shanks made for use with "R" cups. Tighter backbores are of more interest to me right now (such as an R4M or R3M), but I will consider any RxM shanks you may want to sell me.
