Hey guys,
I'm looking to purchase a 4/4 five-valve rotary CC. Would prefer a Miraphone 186 or similar. Good intonation and sound mechanics are a must. Cosmetics are less important. Five valves are preferred but not required. My budget maxes out at around $5,000 but I have a bit of wiggle room.
I'm located in Louisville KY and would prefer not to pay shipping. I'll drive a fair ways to meet you though.
Will also consider a Rudy Meinl 3/4 or any other medium-sized German-style tuba with rotary valves. Not interested in MW 32 or newer (PT-era) B&S instruments.
Email or PM me with offers!
Blake

That Scherzer at Baltimore Brass might fit the bill.
