I would like a tuba that you just have to get rid of. Maybe it's a beater that does not cost a whole lot.

That's a pretty big "or".
This is probably a CC, because it is clearly less tall than the BBb version. Priced pretty fairly, I think Bloke has sold this family of tuba for multiple thousands.
