Hello! I am a college student in search for a handy euph for personal use.
If you're not dead-set on a compensator, which mostly exist for style points, King 2280 offers the same kind of heavyweight sound. The super low notes can still be achieved with an extremely long 4th valve, then using the 3rd valve trigger to fix normal 4th valve notes.
