MRP F HARD CASE NEEDED

Post by Philip »

Trying to determine the size of hard case I need for a B&S MRP f tuba. Who has this horn and knows which hard case I need?
Looking MTS. Recommendations for other cases are welcome.
Thank you

A Miraphone 281 should be 36.2" tall with a 15.748" bell and the Mr. P F is 37.6" tall with a 16.5" bell, according to their manufacturers.

Look in the direction of a 45-SLP case (38.2" tall X 16.5" bell).

That model (the SLP), it seems to me, if far more common than both the Miraphone 281 and the Mr. P F-tuba, so someone not familiar with either of those models already mentioned may know what a 45-SLP is and have an appropriate case on hand, retailers and private sellers alike.

I have a used B&S/MW aluminum road case I'd be glad to sell that might work for you. A 45SLP came in it.

MTS has the Mr. P F in their catalog. I remember purchasing one for a customer a few years ago.
