Based on your previous edits you're looking for a German-style F tuba... not sure you'll have much luck finding the Cervenys but it's possible. There is a really reasonably priced Meinl-Weston 45S (stenciled Sanders) for sale on the board (not mine). IMO it's a better instrument than the Cerveny Harmonia. I have never played or seen a Concordia so I can't speak for that one:

Having previously owned a Cerveny 653 (which is pretty close to the Harmonia), I can say that I would probably have been happier with something like that Sanders/MW 45.
