WTB: Sousaphone or Helicon

I'm looking for a sousaphone or helicon to use as a money-making machine. I prefer BBb but will consider Eb instruments also. I would like an instrument made before 1970 also as craftsmanship was a lot better back then, although I will consider just about anything.
I would like to keep the price under $1400 if possible.
I'm located near Portland, Oregon and would prefer something close but am not opposed to Greyhound shipping.
