WTB: tubing for Buescher helicon

Hello all,
I am looking for some tubing to extend a main tuning slide for a Buescher Eb helicon. Measurements are:
Small side: ID:16.5mm(.65") / OD: 17.5mm(.689")
Long side: ID:17.5mm(.689") / OD:18.5mm(.728")
These were taken with mechanical calipers, and I think the actual measurement may be a bit less.
