Is a St. Petersburg Model N a Bb tuba? there are no other numbers on the bell.

'N' means nickel-plated. The horn is a BBb tuba and could be either a 201N or 202N depending on when it was made. There are some minor linkage modifications and the leadpipe is lifted on one of those models. The 201 and 202 are virtually the same tubas.
