Those 6v jinbao F tubas with wonky intonation.. I have a theory about fixing that problem & want to try it out cheaply.

A used M&M 6V (4+2) F Tuba. Compares in look to Miraphone Firebird F Tuba. Used w/Miraphone Bag

I'd be interested to know what you find out on this. I played one of these before I got my BMB F, and thought it was a shame that it had a decent sound, but such unworkable intonation issues.

I had one of the Jinbao 4+2 F tubas. The uneven taper made it a terrible tuba, but the cylindrical valve section made it a wonderful cimbasso conversion when I had it mated to a small euphonium bell section.
