Leather tuba gig bag?

Post by JCT »

Are there any leather sideloaders still being made? Anyone know if Marcus Bonna has any? I've contacted them about it but I never got a response.

I have a Reunion Blues bag for a Mirafone 184. Horn Size is 36 long, 17 wide, 14.5 bell. Case is in good shape but I did have new straps installed using seat belt material. I can send pictures if you give me an address to use.

What size do you need? Horn Guys posted that they have one for a Willson 3400 (or horns of similar size).

Sorry I don't know about Marcus Bonna bags, but I've heard that there might be a new Cronkhite maker in the near future. Perhaps they will make leather bags.

I have one for a Mirafone 186 (16 1/2" bell) that I'd like to sell.

For Marcus Bonna bags, get in touch with Just For Brass, in Kentucky.

They have relocated across the river to Evansville, IN now, FYI. Just within the last year or so.
