Bill Bell RVW CD

Around 10 years ago, a copy of Bill Bell's RVW recording was released on CD. Has anyone gotten their hands on a copy recently? I tried emailing Dan Oberloh over the past year--it is listed as for sale on his website--to no response. Is there anywhere else to get it?
