Looking for PT48 "S" shank, not the standard/Euro.
Thanks,

Re: Looking for PT-50 or PT-48 American/"S" shank
Still looking... Do these even exist?
I tried to order a new PT50 S shank from Custom, and they said they didn't have them in stock and did not offer a back order.
(Also did not offer an estimate on when they might have them back in stock, although they're still listed on their website.)

Why do they make primarily that weird 'tweener shank. What does it even fit, miraphone?

Anyway I don't know the answer to your question, but regular PT Shanks have always fit my Yamaha Euro receiver horns just fine, as far as I could tell, and I'm pretty picky.: Yamaha ybb 641, Chinese Yamaha copy.
