Has anyone had experience with this web site

Indeed.
Their street address doesn't exist. The street appears (on Google Earth) to be in a rental neighborhood, and the house numbers give out four blocks before where this address would be.

Everything seems to max out at $999...
Also gotta love the "Confucius say..." message at the bottom of some of the listings haha
