WTB: Chinese Valve Section: 4V BBb Sousaphone

Does anyone have access to a JinBao 4V sousaphone valve section they could sell to me? Looking for silver plate or raw brass I could send to Anderson.
Last week, someone posted a similar inquiry (and got a lead) that I was going to piggyback off of, but I think the post was deleted.
Word on the street is the Wessex 4V, large-bore CC helicon is in the development incubator. In the meantime, I'm weighing the cost of cutting and grafting a 4V section onto my small bore 3V JinBao CC sousaphone vs selling the horn and saving for the a new Wessex that will *maybe* ship next year.
I have a tech up to the job, I just need the parts/price. Thanks!
