Forward facing valve tuba

I am looking to buy a Bb tuba with forward facing piston valves. Ideally 4 valves would be great but am happy to modify a 3 valve tuba. Project are fine as well as frankentubas. Does anyone have something lurking in the back of a closet or school storeroom?

What's your budget? I have an 11J Conn. Isn't beautiful by any means.
