Hello all! I'm a college student and I recently added a performance double major. I'm interested in trying to find an F tuba to start learning, but I'm not looking for something ridiculously expensive at this point. I really would like something a bit larger that I can at least use in my ensembles, however I don't have a huge budget. I also don't need anything super name brand, and am totally open to things like frankentubas and clones in order to lower the cost.
PM me or comment with more info! Thanks so much!

You don't mention a budget, but here is a place to start your comparison shopping. https://www.wessex-tubas.com/shop/tubas ... tuba-berg/" target="_blank Jonathan has a good reputation on this forum, would be a good resource.
Good luck, and enjoy the adventure!
