looking for one of those funky looking little European rotary valved helicons with the little bells in Eb. Did they make them in Eb? I think the ones I have seen are in F.

Not funky, rotary, nor 'Euro', but Wessex has a pretty hip Eb helicon.https://www.wessex-tubas.com/shop/tubas ... b-helicon/

Dillon has a couple of Eb helicons right now. One is a Conn, not sure of the other. Pistons, I'm afraid. There is one dealer on Ebay who comes up with a lot of that Euro stuff with rotary valves. Can't remember his ID but guys here have talked about him and say he's a good seller. Maybe someone else knows his name. He's based in Germany.

UPDATE: His Ebay ID is g.mu6 and he has a few F helicons right now.

Just checking...

Some o' the suggestions are piston Ebs helicons.

Would the OP consider piston Eb options?

I would prefer one of the old style rotary helicons, mostly for the look. I play in a German band and would like to have that authentic look if I could find one that plays halfway decent.
I have an awesome Pan American BBb piston helicon already.

My friend has one he may part with. It a czek 3V 1900s style. I think he was wanting $800 or more. Its in pretty decent shape for its age and has the original mouthpiece too.

This looks like the answer to your question. The price is even right:

Wanna say there was an appealing one or two optionshere:

viewtopic.php?f=3&t=95372

One moment while i double check...

Yeah, how is this?

The above is listed as a York Eb for $495.

I am a little dubious... perhaps a York Master, rather than a Grand Rapids York?

I am highly curious about the MISC.

Not exactly a European funky Eb helicon, but I have a 1915 silver York Eb with an added 4th valve and an additional lead pipe attachment that kicks the horn down to C. Let me know if you're interested.
