Hello, everyone.

I am looking for the orchestral score for A. Lebedev's Concerto in One Movement (the Ostrander Edition). I have seen a forum once before about this as well as searching through the internet with not much luck. All help would be grateful. I need this for a concerto competition that my college is holding at the end of November.

Thanks! :tuba:

I don't think it was ever orchestrated.
Also the Hofmeister edition doesn't have the simplifications that the Osterander arrangement has.

Mike, have you ever played this edition? I would like something more like the original, minus the simplifications for the trombone slide. (I am assuming this is why Osterander arranged this with the simplifications. I have seen this but never heard it or had it in my hand long enough to really get a feel for the alterations. Would you consider it to be more complete/accurate or simply another arrangement with liberties taken? Thanks for the link. I may purchase this.
Yes I did it extensively a few years ago. BTW It's easy on Bb! That's what the original would have been done on!
Who knows if it's original but there are a few places that are different.
