Mark: Yes, that will be my fall back solution. Before that will be trying my hand at spinning one on my lathe. Now that I think of it... A piece of 1" ID brass pipe, hmmm... The outside contours of the other ferrules are very simple.

Why not take a slightly smaller piece of tubing, anneal thoroughly, and hammer lightly over a mandrel until it's stretched to the size you want? Quick and easy.
